Mrs. Amani
I graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 1996 with a BS in Occupational Therapy. My husband and I started Sensory Kidz LLC in 2017.
Why did I go into pediatrics? I never have a boring day treating kids. Many times I come home and tell my husband, "Guess what one of my kids said or did"....it's more entertaining than turning on the tv.
Dr. Mia
I graduated from the University of St. Augustine-Miami Campus in 2021 with a doctorate in Occupational Therapy. I also have a BS in Psychology from Valdosta State University and an AS in Occupational Therapy from Middle Georgia University.
Why did I go into pediatrics?
There is no other population that puts a smile on my face the way kids do when they’ve accomplished something.
Ms. Janet
I graduated from Brenau University in 2020 with a MS in Occupational Therapy.
Why did I go into pediatrics? I enjoy teaching children new techniques to use when performing certain tasks, which then improves their quality of life. I also enjoy being able to come into work and being able to play every day.

I graduated from Albany State University in 2021 with an AS in Occupational Therapy.
Why did I go into pediatrics? I get to be a part of molding our future members of society. Giving children tools for success gives me joy every day!
